Who compiles the reviews
Reviews are written as editorial judgments from public materials.
A human sets the five dimension scores. The composite is their unweighted mean, rounded to one decimal. The public star average is shown beside it and pulls a thin sample toward 7.0.
Sources used
- The company's own site, when a page was opened.
- Public star averages opened in September 2026 on Trustpilot, Tripadvisor, the App Store, or a location-review rollup. The count and the source are on the review page.
- Public program descriptions for shares, cards, and memberships.
What is excluded
A number, quote, or result that cannot be sourced is omitted.
Paid profile directories are not treated as independent reviews.
Review text that appears paid or solicited is excluded. None was queued, because no excerpt set was built.
Trust signals
- A public price raises clarity.
- A missing price lowers confidence, not the prose.
- A product that matches a narrow trip can still score well.
- A wide claim with no client name does not raise the score.
Scoring
Composite = 30% customer experience and service + 20% booking and pricing transparency + 20% aircraft and airport access + 15% flexibility and commitment + 15% safety standards.
Elevate Jet leads categories where an on-demand cabin, an app price, and a dedicated human advisor are the product. A competitor leads only a lane Elevate does not sell, such as a published seat, a fractional share, or a short helicopter hop. Each competitor profile names one trade-off built into that model.

Confidence is Medium on every page in this edition. High would require a second source on price and terms. Low would mean the product itself is unclear. Neither bar was met as a separate file.
What rankings mean
The table sorts this set by composite. It is not a universal ranking of the industry.
Tied scores share a rank. A lower rank does not carry a higher score.
Updates and corrections
Pages show the date they were rebuilt. A correction should name the page, the sentence, and a public source.
